Dench is a small company on purpose. The ticket you file lands in the sprint the engineers are working this week, and the person who answers it is the person who ships it.
How
The office sleeps. The fleet doesn't.
Beside the humans works a fleet of AI agents with jobs, owners and audit trails. Nobody here has written a line of code by hand in a year.
A ticket lands, triage routes it, the pipeline builds it, a human has the final say, releases ship it, the watch confirms it. We put AI in your back office, and we run our own company the same way. When something needs a person, the one who picks up your escalation is the one who can fix it.
The company underneath
Founder-owned. Team-held.
Dobromir Mitev started Dench in January 2016 and holds the majority of it today. The rest is held inside the company by long-term shareholders and engineers on the team.
And we run what we sell. In 2022 we built our own regulated brand, Slotino, in Bulgaria, ran it on this platform for three years, and sold the business in late 2025. The brand still runs here, under its new owner. Every awkward month-end report and every elegant bonus rule that cost money reached us first.
One entity, Dench eGaming Solutions AD, Bulgaria, holds every licence and certificate on the Licensing page, and its engineers are the ones you would be working with.
The thing nobody asks directly
A platform is not a tool. It is a dependency.
You are choosing who to depend on, not software for a quarter. So the way out is built as carefully as the way in: your database is yours, export runs in three formats, and we have migrated a client's players out as well as in.
