Dench Core · The platform
Everything a regulated brand runs on.
Player accounts, wallet, payments, KYC, games, CMS, compliance, reporting, and the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top. One back office, one licensed platform, in production since 2017, with €20 billion of player turnover through it.
Not replatforming? Giselle Cloud runs the engagement suite on the platform you have →
- ISO/IEC 27001 since 2017
- UKGC licensed software supplier
- GLI certified in three jurisdictions
- Bulgarian manufacturer licence
01 · The back office
This is what your team will open every morning.
Six screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Approve a payout, flag a player, lower a limit, switch a studio on, fix a string, open a regulator log. On a call we open the real one, on your market.

Today’s money, today. Turnover, GGR, conversion, net cash and cash balance, live against yesterday. Pick a date range on Turnover & GGR and sixteen totals follow. No export, no analyst in the middle.
Fourteen gates decide a payout. What passes them pays out on its own. What waits, a person approves here, one at a time or all selected in one action.
The whole relationship on one record. Money in and out, wagering still to clear, documents, limits, flags. One flag routes a player to manual review and the rule for everyone else is untouched. Open the Limits tab: lowering is instant, raising waits.
A studio that is already integrated is a switch, not a project. Turn it on and its games populate on save. The CSV round trip moves two hundred titles at once.
Every string, in every language you sell in, edited by the people who write it. No release, no ticket, no waiting on us.
Every message to the regulator’s system, on the record. Where a regulator runs an automated reporting system, the platform is integrated with it: each game round and each player change is logged with its request and its response. The month-end reports come out of the same wallet, ready for you to file.
02 · What is in it
The platform, in nine parts.
- 01Players and KYCRegistration, verification, documents, flags and notes, on one record per player.Customers · KYC Documents · Flags
- 02WalletCash and bonus money in one wallet, every movement on the log, limits enforced at the transaction.Wallet Log · Bonuses
- 03PaymentsDeposits and withdrawals through 30+ payment providers, and the rules that decide a payout.Pending Withdrawals · Payment Limits
- 04Lobby and Games50+ game providers, live casino, crash games and a sportsbook through one integration. Your contracts or ours.Game Library · Providers · Categories
- 05CMS and ContentPages, banners, menus, strings and SEO, edited by your team and live when saved.Pages · Banners · Translations
- 06ComplianceSelf-exclusion registers, responsible-gaming limits, fraud checks and the audit trail, in the wallet, not bolted on.Compliance · Audit Trail
- 07ReportingNamed dashboards and daily reports, the indicator catalogue behind them, and the month-end reports your licence asks for.Reports · Daily Reports
- 08The Back OfficeEvery screen your team will open, with roles and permissions per user and per brand.Every screen, by role
- 09Dedicated InfrastructureYour own environment and database where your licence or your policy wants it, a shared one where cost matters more. Four disaster-recovery tiers.Where it all runs
The CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy separately is part of it: Giselle V2 runs on Core and reads the same wallet, with segmentation, journeys, bonusing, loyalty, tournaments, wheels and jackpots. Giselle V2 →
03 · Your first ninety days
Two things decide the timeline: the licence, and the brand design.
In most markets the licence is the long pole, and the certifications we already hold carry into the next submission. The build is the predictable part, with dates in writing. Already on an installation we run? An additional brand is measured in days: three regulated Bulgarian brands went live in under 21 days.
04 · Standard, and ours
Every platform has a wallet. Here is what is different about this one.
Standard. Here too.
- Player accounts and a multi-currency wallet
- KYC, payments, withdrawals, limits
- Game library, lobby, categories, tags
- CMS, banners, pages, translations
- Bonuses, free spins, campaigns
- Reports, exports, dashboards
- Roles, permissions, audit trail, multi-brand
Different here.
- Compliance is in the wallet, not bolted on.
A limit is enforced at the transaction. Lowering is instant. A raise waits out the cooling-off, then the player accepts or refuses it at their next login. National self-exclusion registers are wired in. The month-end reports come out of the wallet, and where a regulator runs an automated system, the platform is integrated with it.
- We ran a brand on it ourselves.
Slotino, our own regulated brand in Bulgaria, for three years. Every payout, every filing, every bad Saturday night. We sold the business in 2025. The brand still runs here.
- Your team runs it, not a ticket to us.
Withdrawal rules, lobby, strings, pages, promotions, limits: changed in the back office, live when saved. The screens above are the shipped product.
- Your contracts, your rates, our rails.
Sign with the studios and payment providers directly and keep the rate you negotiated, or hand every provider contract to us. Both run here.
- The CRM and the gamification suite are in it.
The engagement tool you would otherwise shop around for is Giselle V2, and it runs on the same wallet. A bonus is a wallet operation. A loyalty tier, a jackpot contribution and a journey decision see one player. Margin per player includes gaming tax and payment fees. The AI analyst reads all of it.
- Your data is yours, dedicated or shared.
Your own environment and database where your licence or your policy wants it. Export in JSON, XML and CSV. We have migrated a client’s players out as well as in.

06 · How it is bought
Four ways to take it. One price list.
Platform
You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
Enterprise
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
White label
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
A platform fee, a revenue share, and one-off costs for integrations and environment setup.
The mix moves with volume, and we are flexible on the model depending on the case and the size of the operation. The platform comes whole: the CRM and gamification suite and every module are in it, not a lighter edition.
To quote, we need four things
- The market you want to launch in.
- What you run on today, if anything.
- Whether the licence exists, is pending, or is the question.
- The studios and payment methods your players expect.
07 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
What happens to our player data if we switch?
It goes into a database that is yours. Export is available in JSON, XML and CSV. We have migrated a client’s players out as well as in.
Do you integrate with our existing games and payment providers?
If you have existing contracts, we plug in your credentials, or we introduce you to each vendor and you sign your own agreements. Where it suits you, you use ours. Anything missing, we integrate: Dench Core publishes its own third-party integration API, with editions for sports betting, pool betting and affiliate platforms.
Already built in: over 80 provider integrations, 50+ game providers and 30+ payment providers, plus GAMSTOP, KYC and device-intelligence services.
What is the learning curve for my team?
The campaign and bonus machinery is deep, and a CRM team spends real time in it before using it well. The way in is for each team to simulate and test its own workflows until it knows them. The knowledge base carries extensive back-office descriptions and guides for exactly that, and the demo above is where it starts.
Tell us the market. We send back the launch plan.
Where you want to launch, what you run today, and whether the licence exists. That decides the plan, and it comes back in writing.
