FAQ
The six questions we get asked.
In the order they arrive.
How long does implementation take for an operator switching platforms?+
Two things decide it: whether the licence exists, and whether the brand design does. If both do, the licensing requirements and certification are delivered in days. Where a new certification is needed, we take the platform through the accredited laboratory and deliver the certificate within about two months. Where the brand design does not exist yet, we build it, custom, against the platform's existing features.
With the licence, the brand design and the third-party list settled, the rest is our end: one to three months of development and end-to-end setup. An additional brand on an installation we already run is measured in days: we launched three regulated Bulgarian brands in under 21 days.
Environments are dedicated where required, or shared where the cost profile matters more. We run both.
What is the learning curve for my team? +
The campaign and bonus machinery is deep, and a CRM team spends real time in it before using it well. The way in is for each team to simulate and test its own workflows and procedures until it knows them. The knowledge base carries extensive back-office descriptions and guides for exactly that.
What happens to our player data if we switch? +
It goes into a database that is yours. Export is available in JSON, XML and CSV. We have migrated a client's players out as well as in.
Are you compliant in our specific jurisdiction? +
The register lists every market, what we hold in it, and the paper behind it.
Do you integrate with our existing games and payment providers?+
If you have existing contracts, we plug in your credentials, or we introduce you to each vendor and you sign your own agreements. Where it suits you, you use ours. Anything missing, we integrate: Dench Core publishes its own third-party integration API, with editions for sports betting, pool betting and affiliate platforms, and more than a dozen named third parties are built against it.
Already built in: over 80 provider integrations, 50+ game providers and 30+ payment providers, plus GAMSTOP, KYC and device-intelligence services.
How much does this cost? +
There is a standard price list, and the shape follows the way you take it. On the platform licence it is a platform fee, a revenue share, and one-off costs for integrations and environment setup. The mix moves with volume, and we are flexible on the model depending on the case and the size of the operation. A white label is one agreement, and on Giselle Cloud you pay for the modules you take.

The questions above are the common six. The interesting ones are specific to your market, your current platform and what you are trying to stop doing.
