Registered, no deposit (7-day nudge)
A week of nudges for players who signed up and never deposited. It ends the moment they do.
Giselle · CLOE
CLOE stands for Customer Lifecycle Orchestration Engine: the journey builder inside Giselle V2, the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top. A flow starts from a segment or an event, waits for what the player does, branches, rewards and messages, and runs beside a control group.
01 · The back office
Five screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Run the analysis, acknowledge a finding, start a flow from a recipe, read a flow node by node, look a step up in the guide. On a call we open the real one, on your brand.
The state of the brand, the priorities worth solving, and the flows at work.
Welcome and win-back flows convert above their control groups. Lapsed players are growing faster than any running flow reaches them, and the newly registered cohort runs at a negative margin.
Bonus cost and payment fees outrun the cohort’s GGR. The welcome match is claimed by most players who deposit once and never again.
Entries to Lapsed doubled against September, most of them from Dormant after 30 days without a deposit. No running flow starts from it.
The email is opened by half of the players who enter. Few of them deposit inside the three-day window.
Push steps skip these players, so two running flows reach them by email only.
The draft flow’s segment overlaps a running flow by a third. Both would message the same players in the same week.
Registered, no deposit: a wait for the first deposit, the welcome bonus, an SMS reminder at 24 hours.
Dormant 30 to 60 days: a reload email, a wait for the open, the reload sent as an offer.
A win above €1,000.00: two hours, the safer gambling tools on site, then a check for a deposit.
The analyst’s findings for this brand: triage, acknowledge, resolve.

Mid-value casino players who deposit weekly are the largest group no flow reaches.
Gold players with a tournament entry this month made 2.1 deposits for every one by Gold players without.
Players with a birthday this month have received nothing from it.
The offer expired after one day and the reminder went out on day two.

Coming: one click from a finding to a draft flow.
Ready-made flows for the problems you actually have.
A week of nudges for players who signed up and never deposited. It ends the moment they do.
A reward for each verification step, then an invitation to refer a friend once the account is verified.
A welcome, a tour of the site, one feature worth knowing, then cashback at the end of the week.
Three escalating nudges toward a second deposit, each one checking first whether it already happened.
Active in casino, absent from the sportsbook: a free bet to try it. The same flow runs the other way.
Regular depositors who have gone quiet for a fortnight get a reason to come back before they lapse.
Five deposits over thirty days, a smaller match each time and a wider window to claim it.
Bonus money on the day, an email that names it, and an SMS reminder the day after.
A thank-you after a big win, then seven days to see whether the player keeps playing.
One week without a login: a message, spins if they are still away, and an exit the moment they return.
A month of silence: a reload offer by email, three days to deposit, an SMS if they do not.
Every recipe here is a preset. Turn off Hide presets to see them.
Customer journey flows, from the trigger to the reward to the measurement.

A Dynamic segment of high churn-risk players, then an email and a 14-day wait for a deposit.
Entry Points
Starts the journey when a player does something, such as a deposit or a login. Later in a flow, it waits for that event instead.
A casino win of €500 or more, then a thank-you email and a check that the player keeps playing.
Wait & Delay
Holds every player for a set time, then moves them on, whatever they do meanwhile.
Grant a bonus, send the email, wait 48 hours, then an SMS reminder.
Wait & Delay
Holds players until a calendar moment, such as next Friday or the 25th, then moves them on together.
Players who register during the week get a free-spins offer on Friday.
Wait & Delay
Waits until a player has gone a set time without doing something. If they do it first, they leave early.
No first deposit after sign-up: nudges on days 2, 5 and 7, any deposit ends it as converted.
Wait & Delay
Holds players until their birthday window opens, then moves them on.
A login on the birthday or the day after, then a bonus, an email and an SMS reminder.
Wait & Delay
Holds players until the anniversary of their registration, then moves them on.
Free spins and a thank-you email for active players a year after they joined.
Branching
Sends each player down Then or Else on their account history and profile at that moment.
After a deposit trigger, keep only players whose deposit count is 1.
Branching
Sends players down Match or No match on whether they meet a saved eligibility filter right now.
€100 deposited in the last 7 days, or lifetime GGR above €5,000, gets the VIP reload.
Branching
Splits players between two paths by percentage, and always sends the same player down the same path.
Half get 100 free spins, the other half a €10 bonus.
Branching
Checks whether the player matches a segment’s rules at this point, and sends them down In or Not in.
An email, a 3-day wait, then the SMS and spins only for players still dormant.
Branching
Sends each player down several paths at once. The journey ends when all of them have.
One branch sends the welcome emails, the other waits for the first deposit and grants the bonus.
Progress Tracking
Waits for the player to do something, such as a deposit over €50 or opening an email, with an optional deadline.
After a big win, wait 7 days for any casino bet. No bet sends a reload offer.
Progress Tracking
Adds up a player’s activity, such as deposits or casino bets, until it reaches a target.
25 casino bets unlock bonus spins.
Progress Tracking
Waits for a player to reach a total within a window, such as €300 deposited within 7 days.
€300 deposited in 7 days, with a “missed it” message on the timeout.
Progress Tracking
Waits for a player to hit a target on consecutive days, such as a login every day for 7 days. A missed day restarts the count.
A login on 7 days in a row, with a 14-day timeout for a nudge.
Progress Tracking
Waits for the player to claim or decline a bonus offer sent earlier in the journey, or for it to expire.
A declined offer leads to a smaller one, and an expired offer ends the journey.
Bonuses & Rewards
Grants a reward from your bonus templates the moment the player arrives: bonus money, bonus spins, a wheel spin, loyalty points, a tournament ticket or real money.
Wait for the first deposit, then a 100% bonus match up to the template’s cap.
Messages
Sends one of your templates on the step’s channel: email, SMS, inbox, push, simple message or on-site popup.
An email on day 2 and an SMS on day 5 for players who have not deposited.
Actions
Adds the player to a segment, to tag them or to start another journey, then moves them on.
Players who finish onboarding join a Graduated segment that starts a VIP journey.
Controls
Ends the journey with a named outcome, and can grant a last bonus, send a message or add the player to a segment.
Separate exits for won back and no return show which players came back.
A journey is a path of steps. Players enter at the first one and move along it as steps run, wait or decide. Every journey follows these rules.
A journey starts at a Segment or an Event Trigger. Every other step needs a connection into it.
A player is never in the same journey twice at once. With re-entry on, they can start again once a cooldown has passed.
Logins, deposits, withdrawals, bets, settlements and message opens reach CLOE within moments, in order for each player, in the brand’s base currency.
A share of the players who enter is held back. They walk the same path, and the reward, message and segment steps are skipped for them.
Players excluded from CLOE never start a journey. Bonuses are never granted to self-excluded, timed-out or closed accounts. Messages follow each player’s consent.
Saved changes apply at once to everyone in it. Players stay on their step and carry on with its new settings.
Six steps make a player wait. Start from the question you are asking.

CLOE opens on what to fix, not on what it sent. The analyst’s verdict on the brand, its open insights ranked by severity, and the flows at work. Run the analysis on demand, or read the last scheduled run.
Every finding comes with its analysis and a next step. The recommendation, and the segments and flows it touches. Acknowledge it, resolve it, leave a note, and it is tracked from run to run.
Nobody starts from a blank canvas. Ready flows by lifecycle stage, from acquisition to recovery. Use one and it becomes a draft in your flows; edit a preset and your brand gets its own copy.
Every flow, and where its players are now. Open a flow’s statistics and read it node by node, with the control group beside it. Pause stops new players entering; players on a timed step keep moving.
Every step a flow can take, in the product’s own guide. What each step does, what moves a player on, where its clock starts. The six wait steps, side by side.
02 · How a flow runs
The 30-day deep win-back from Solution Recipes, as CLOE runs it. Scroll, and the player moves along.
In Dynamic mode, a player enters within a minute of crossing into Lapsed. The Segment step itself never holds anyone.
Runs the moment the player arrives, and only where the player’s consent allows it.
The deposit moves the player on at once. Three days of silence takes the timeout path instead: an SMS, then an exit as no return.
Granted from your bonus template, and worked out on the deposit that met the wait. Never paid to a self-excluded, timed-out or closed account.
A named outcome, so the statistics say who came back and by which path.
One in ten entrants walks the same path and waits the same three days, with no email and no bonus. The gap between the two arms is what the flow earned.
03 · What is in it
04 · Standard, and ours
Deposits, bets, settlements, withdrawals, logins and message opens reach CLOE within moments, in order for each player. A wait ends the moment the player acts. On Dench Core, a bonus step is a wallet operation.
An event, a running total, a goal inside a window, a streak of consecutive days, an offer claimed or declined, or silence. Each one has its way out when nothing happens, and the Node Guide puts them side by side.
A held-back share of entrants goes through the same waits and decisions, with the rewards, messages and segment steps skipped. An A/B Test sends the same player down the same path every time, so the result stands.
Players excluded from CLOE never start a journey. A bonus step never pays a self-excluded, timed-out or closed account, and every message follows the player’s consent.
It reads the segments, flows and indicators on a schedule or on demand, and ranks what it finds by severity, each finding with its analysis and a recommendation. Every run is on the record in Executions. AI usage is bought as credits, pay as you go, with a card in the back office.

You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
You pay for the modules you take, on the platform you already run.
Take the whole suite or the part you are missing. IN-GRID Loyalty and the Jackpot Server are licensed on their own as well. Connecting your platform is typically a few engineer-days on your side, and the mapping is ours.

No. Solution Recipes holds ready flows by lifecycle stage: acquisition, activation, growth, loyalty, retention and recovery. Use one and it becomes a draft flow with every step in place, ready to change and launch.
The recipes are shared presets. Editing one gives your brand its own copy, and the original stays as it was for everyone else.
A saved change applies at once to everyone in the journey. Players stay on the step they are on and carry on with its new settings.
Pause stops new players entering and holds the steps that wait for activity. Players on a timed step, a delay or a wait with a timeout, still move on.
Switch the control group on. A share of entrants walks the same path with the rewards and messages skipped, so the difference between the two arms is what the journey did.
The statistics show every node: how many players wait there and how many passed. The customer list and each player’s journey view show exactly where everyone is.
The moment you want to catch, a first deposit that never came, a regular gone quiet, a big win, and what you run on today. It comes back as a CLOE flow on demo data, node by node.
