Giselle · Tournaments

Leaderboard races, ranked on stake, points, the biggest win or GGR.

On casino, live casino, the sportsbook and virtuals. Entry free, by cash buy-in, by loyalty points or with free rebuys; a fixed prize pool or one that grows with every bet; a schedule that repeats from every twenty minutes to monthly. Your team builds it once in the back office, and it opens, runs and pays on its own, in the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top.

Keeping your platform? Giselle Cloud runs the same tournaments on it →

01 · The back office

The races your CRM team builds once and leaves running.

Five screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Open a running race and reload its leaderboard, change the formula and the entry, reshape a prize pool, filter the awards that failed. On a call we open the real one, on your brand.

Every race on one list, with its status and its schedule. A repeating tournament carries the loop mark and starts its next run on its own. Clone the one that worked, stop its reoccurrence without touching the run in progress, or archive a batch in one action.

The leaderboard while the race runs. Participants with their bets, turnover and GGR, and the scoreboard with each position’s prize; reload and the places move. A player under the minimum bet count still ranks, and is marked not eligible for the prize until they pass it.

Four formulas, four ways in, one form. Rank on stake, points, the highest win or GGR, and enter free, by cash buy-in, by loyalty points or with free rebuys. Repeat it from every twenty minutes to monthly, and keep it off the weekdays and hours you choose.

The prize pool is a template, built once. Positions one by one or in ranges, paid as a fixed amount, a share of the pool, a bonus, or cash and a bonus together. Every tournament that uses it pays out the same way.

A prize that does not land is a row with a reason. Every cash award with its tournament, its player, its retry count, and the error code and message when it failed. Bonus awards have their own list, with the claim type and the platform status.

Demo data. Every label is a control in the shipped product.

03 · Standard, and ours

Leaderboards are table stakes. Here is what is under these.

Standard. Here too.

  • Leaderboard tournaments with a prize pool
  • Free and paid entry, with rebuys
  • Eligible games, providers and categories
  • A minimum and maximum stake per bet
  • Recurring schedules
  • Cash and bonus prizes by position
  • A page per language for each tournament
  • Participants, scoreboard and payout lists

Different here.

  • Rank on what the house kept.

The GGR race is one of four formulas, beside the stake race, the points race and the highest win. The formula is a dropdown on the form, not a rebuild. Every race except the GGR race can be flipped, so the lowest score takes the top spot.

  • A prize takes more than one lucky spin.

Set the number of bets a player must place to be paid: under it they still appear on the scoreboard, marked not eligible for the prize. A points race can count only a player’s best spins, a stake race weights each bet by its stake range, and with rebuys on, a player buys back in after a set number of bets.

  • Build it once, and it repeats on the hours you choose.

Build it, set it to repeat from every twenty minutes to monthly, cap the number of runs, and keep it off the weekdays and hours you choose. It opens, runs and pays on its own. The one that worked, clone it: it is already configured.

  • On Dench Core, the race reads the wallet it pays into.

Every bet that counts is already a wallet transaction, and the eligible providers, games and leagues are the platform’s own catalogue. Entry can be paid in loyalty points, a prize can be any tournament bonus template, and a cash award lands as a tournament line on the player’s wallet log.

  • A failed prize is a record with a reason.

Cash awards and bonus awards each have their own list: sent or failed, the retry count, the error code and the message. The scoreboard marks which positions have been paid.

05 · How it is bought

Four ways to take it. One price list.

The usual

Platform

You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.

Custom

Enterprise

The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.

Our licence

White label

Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.

Without the platform

Giselle Cloud

The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.

You pay for the modules you take, on the platform you already run.

Take the whole suite or the part you are missing. IN-GRID Loyalty and the Jackpot Server are licensed on their own as well. Connecting your platform is typically a few engineer-days on your side, and the mapping is ours.

To quote, we need four things

  1. The platform you run on today.
  2. The modules you want: the whole suite or a part of it.
  3. The brands and markets it would run on.
  4. How your platform emits events today: a transaction feed, webhooks, or neither.

06 · Asked first

The three questions that arrive before the demo.

Does it run on the sportsbook, or only on casino?

Both, and on virtuals. Each tournament carries eligibility filters: include or exclude, by product (casino, live casino or sport), then by provider, game category and game, or by sports product, sport type and league. Add the device, a minimum and maximum stake, and on sport a minimum and maximum odd.

A football stake race and an hourly slots sprint run side by side, from the same form.

Can the prize pool grow with play?

Yes. A progressive tournament puts a set percentage of every eligible bet into the pool, so the total climbs while the race runs; a fixed one pays what you set. On a cash buy-in race the sub type can be standard, guaranteed or add-on.

The way the pool is split comes from a prize pool template: positions one by one or in ranges, paid as a fixed amount, a percentage of the pool, a bonus, or both.

Does it run on our platform?

Yes, as Giselle Cloud: we run the tournaments off your platform’s events, and prizes fire as your own bonuses.
