Manage wagering contribution rules for games and sports
There's no data
Every balance change is a line, with the balance after it. Payments, game rounds, bonuses, tournament prizes and loyalty write to the same log, each line typed and carrying its reference. Search a Customer ID and the player’s money reads top to bottom.
One round, split into cash and bonus. Rounds from every product in one search, each with the opening and closing balance of both and every step on its log. A round that settled wrong is resettled from here, by the users with that permission.
A bonus is a wallet operation. Received, current and released amounts and the wagering left, for every bonus on every player. Release a cleared one and it lands on the Wallet Log as cash.
What counts toward wagering is a rule you set. A percentage of the stake, by game product, provider, category, game, RTP range, odds range or bet slip type, joined with AND. Changed in the back office, by your team.

Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud

05 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
Where does our team see one player’s full money history?
On the player’s record, under Gaming: Gaming Activities, the Main Wallet Log, the Bonus Wallet Log and, with loyalty on, the Loyalty Wallet Log. The bonus log carries the bonus balance before and after every step.
The same main log is on the Wallet Log screen by Customer ID, and it exports for the users with that permission.
How do cash and bonus money move in one bet?
The round records the cash bet and the bonus bet separately, and the wins the same way, with both balances before and after. Each qualifying bet counts toward wagering by your contribution rules and the bonus’s multiplier for that product, inside its qualifying stake and odds.
When the requirement is met the bonus clears. Released by hand or instantly, as the bonus is set, it moves to cash up to its release cap, and the wallet log has the line.
Which currencies does the wallet run?
The ones your brand sells in, set per brand. Each player’s wallet runs in one of them, and every round also carries its amounts in your base currency.
