Giselle · Engagement

Every message a player gets, from one back office.

Email, SMS, push, on-site popups and the player’s inbox, from templates your team writes in every language you sell in. The system emails are in it: the deposit that failed, the withdrawal approved, the document about to expire, the self-exclusion confirmed. Part of the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top.

01 · The back office

Where your CRM team writes every message.

Five screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Send an email to chosen players, preview a preset and make it yours, take an inbox template, write an SMS with the player’s name in it, see what each message did. On a call we open the real one, on your brand.

SMS has no opens to count, so its clicks are counted against what was sent.

Every email your brand sends, in every language you sell in. The system emails for deposits, withdrawals, documents and exclusions sit beside your promotions, and a faded language is a translation still to write. Send one to chosen players from its row; consent is checked as it goes out.

Start from a preset, not a blank page. Welcome, reactivation, a promotion, a tournament, a loyalty milestone, a confirmation: shared templates your team copies and makes its own. Your own templates come first.

The inbox keeps what a player should not miss. A deposit received, a prize won or a document requested lands there by itself, in words your team writes for each language. Shared presets cover the loyalty tier messages.

Write it once per language, use it everywhere. Name it, tag it, write it and drop in the player’s name. Campaign steps and CLOE flows send it from here, and so can your team, to chosen players.

What every message did, campaign by campaign. Sent, opened, clicked and left alone, by email, popup, inbox and SMS, with the share of each and a grand total on top. Filter by date, campaign, status, type or step.

Demo data. Every label is a control in the shipped product.

03 · Standard, and ours

The channels are standard. Here is what is under them.

Standard. Here too.

  • Email, SMS and push templates
  • On-site popups and an inbox
  • A drag-and-drop email editor, and raw HTML
  • The player’s name in the message
  • A version per language
  • Draft, published and not published
  • Send to a list, or to one player
  • Engagement reports

Different here.

  • The system emails are in it.

Registration, a deposit taken and one refused, six withdrawal states from requested to failed, KYC, a document about to expire and one that has, self-exclusion, a timeout, a source-of-wealth request, a login from another country. Your CRM team edits them in the same editor as the promotions, and each can carry its own facts: the amount, the method, the payment provider’s own error, the documents still outstanding, the expiry date.

  • An excluded or closed account gets nothing.

On Dench Core, a message to an account that is closed, self-excluded, on a timeout or cooling off is not delivered: not by email, SMS or push, not as a popup, not in the inbox. Consent is read per channel at the moment the message goes out, not when the list was built. A bonus, a campaign reward or a tournament prize sent to the same account is rejected.

  • One template, wherever the moment is.

The same message goes out from a campaign step, a CLOE flow, a tournament prize or a loyalty tier change, or by hand from its row. Change the words once and every place that sends it sends the new ones.

05 · How it is bought

Four ways to take it. One price list.

The usual

Platform

You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.

Custom

Enterprise

The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.

Our licence

White label

Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.

Without the platform

Giselle Cloud

The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.

You pay for the modules you take, on the platform you already run.

Take the whole suite or the part you are missing. IN-GRID Loyalty and the Jackpot Server are licensed on their own as well. Connecting your platform is typically a few engineer-days on your side, and the mapping is ours.

To quote, we need four things

  1. The platform you run on today.
  2. The modules you want: the whole suite or a part of it.
  3. The brands and markets it would run on.
  4. How your platform emits events today: a transaction feed, webhooks, or neither.

06 · Asked first

The three questions that arrive before the demo.

Do the transactional messages come with it, or do we build them?

The moments come with it. Registration, deposits, every withdrawal state, KYC, expiring documents, self-exclusion, timeouts and source-of-wealth requests are system email types in the product, and the inbox has system messages for deposits, KYC, tournament prizes and loyalty tiers.

Your team writes the words, in each language you sell in, or starts from a shared preset and makes it its own.

What stops a message reaching a player who should not get it?

Two checks, both at the moment the message goes out. Giselle reads the player’s consent for that channel, however the player landed in the audience. On Dench Core, the platform then skips any account that is not active: closed, self-excluded, on a timeout or cooling off.

The same accounts are refused a bonus, a campaign reward or a tournament prize. Compliance on Dench Core →

Does it run on our platform?

Yes, as Giselle Cloud: the templates and the moments that send them stay in Giselle, and the message goes out through Giselle or through your platform, whichever you choose.

Send us your message list. We show it in Giselle.

The welcome, the failed deposit, the win-back: the messages you send today, in your own words. We build one on demo data on a call, in every language you sell in, and show you where it sends from.
