What this site keeps, and why.
Short version: the site keeps what you type into the contact form, so we can answer you. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels.

Who we are
This site is run by Dench eGaming Solutions AD, a company registered in Bulgaria, the controller of the personal data described here. For anything on this page, write to inquiries@denchsolutions.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, your email address, your company, and what you choose to tell us about your market, your situation, your timeline, your brands, your volume, the platform you run today and your message.
Where you came from: with the form we record the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). These come from the address bar, not from a cookie.
Visits: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, keeps no profile of you and does not follow you across sites. It tells us which pages are read, not who read them.
Your theme: if you switch between light and dark, the choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to answer it, to arrange a demo if you ask for one, and to follow up on the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and the steps you ask us to take before any contract. We use the visit counts to understand which pages help people, which is also a legitimate interest. We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers the form to us by email and provides the visit counts. Google Workspace holds our mailbox, where your enquiry arrives. Both act on our instructions under data processing terms. Where either processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation it started is open, and for up to two years after our last contact with you. If it leads to a contract, the contract's own records take over. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it. Write to inquiries@denchsolutions.com and we will answer within a month.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
