Built out to your market. Run by the team that built it.
Your own environment, a front end and apps designed for your brand, and the features your requirements call for, on the platform with the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top. We run the technology. The operation is yours, and our team can help in any part of it. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.

Your market and your brand, set in the back office.

Your market is settings on the brand. Currencies, countries, languages, registration rules, limits and the sportsbook switch, saved per brand and live when saved. What your specification needs beyond them, we build into the platform.
Every brand on your installation, on its own addresses. Each label has its asset folder, its country access and its entry points, the web and app addresses players reach. Your next brand is a new label, not a new platform.
Our team runs the technology, on the record. Hosting, releases, monitoring and support are ours on every installation. Incidents go on the record in your back office: what happened, how severe, which service, and where it stands.

03 · Your first ninety days
The specification comes first. The licence is still the long pole.
In most markets the licence sets the calendar, and the certifications we already hold carry into the next submission. Everything on our side is dated in writing from the first week, including what we build for you. Three stages: what we do, what you do, what you see.
We do
Read your requirements against the platform: what is a setting, what is already built, and what we build. The compliance fit for your market, the third-party list, and the environment.
A plan in writing, with a date on every part and every date that depends on you marked.
You do
Bring the market, the licence or the date you expect it, and the brand design or the brief for one. Bring the requirements: what the platform has to do for you that a standard installation does not.
You see
The plan, every part of the build with its date, and the back office on demo data, driven by your own team on a call.
We do
Your environment stood up, your front end built on your design or one we design, every provider plugged in on your credentials or ours.
The standard setup is one to three months on our end. The features in your specification are built and released on the dates in the plan.
You do
Each team rehearses its own workflows in the back office: payments, support, marketing, compliance. Sign off the store assets and the authorisation to publish the app under your brand.
You see
Your brand on your own environment: back office, lobby, cashier, apps and strings, with your team signed in.
We do
Hosting, releases, monitoring and support, by our team. The app kept live in both stores through OS releases, policy changes and store reviews. And the help you asked for in the operation: funnel, retention, VIP, analytics.
You do
Run the brand in the back office: promotions, journeys, the lobby, payouts, limits. File what your licence requires, from the reports the platform produces.
You see
Today’s money on the dashboard, the CRM reading the same wallet, and your next brand added as a label on the same installation.
Your next brand is a label. On an installation we already run, a new brand is measured in days: three regulated Bulgarian brands went live in under 21 days, with two new products shipped in the same window.
04 · Standard, and ours
Every enterprise deal starts from a specification. Here is what is different about this one.
Standard. Here too.
- A dedicated environment and database
- A front end designed for the brand
- Native iOS and Android apps
- Currencies, languages and countries per market
- Features scoped against a specification
- Several brands from one back office
- Hosting, monitoring and releases by the supplier
Different here.
- The CRM and gamification suite is built out with it.
The engagement tool you are shopping around for is already in it: segmentation, journeys, bonusing, loyalty, tournaments, wheels and jackpots, on the same wallet and the same player record, set up to your specification with everything else.
- Your app ships under our store accounts.
We build, publish and run your iOS and Android app under Dench’s own verified Apple and Google developer accounts. You never open a developer account or answer a store reviewer.
- Built for you, still changed by your team.
Lobby, pages, banners, strings, promotions, limits and payout rules are changed in the back office by the people who own them, live when saved. A custom build is not a ticket for every change.
- Help with the operation, from people who have run one.
We ran our own regulated brand, Slotino, on this platform for three years: the payouts, the retention, the VIPs, the month-end. The operation is yours. Where you want a hand with the funnel, the retention, a VIP team or the analytics, our team works beside yours.

06 · How it is bought
Four ways to take it. One price list.
Platform
You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
Enterprise
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
White label
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
A platform fee, a revenue share, and one-off costs for the build: the environment, the integrations and what your specification adds.
The mix moves with volume and with what your specification asks for. Help with the operation is optional, department by department, and quoted on its own.
To quote, we need four things
- The market, and your specification or the requirements behind it.
- What you run on today, if anything.
- Whether the licence exists, is pending, or is the question.
- The brand design, or the brief for one.
07 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
What is configured, and what do you build?
A market starts as configuration: currencies, countries, languages, registration rules, limits and every provider’s settings, per brand, in the back office. Over 80 provider integrations are built in, 50+ game providers and 30+ payment providers among them; anything missing, we integrate.
Your front end is designed and built for your brand. What your requirements add beyond that, we scope against your specification and put in the plan with its date.
Where does it run, and who runs it?
On your own environment and your own database, on dedicated hardware, virtual servers or cloud, where your licence or your policy wants it, with the disaster-recovery tier you choose. Dedicated Infrastructure →
Whatever it runs on, our team runs it.
What do you need from us for the app?
Three things: an authorisation to publish under your brand, your licence documentation for the territory, and your sign-off on the store assets. The build, the store submission and keeping the app live through OS releases, policy changes and store reviews are ours.
Send us the specification. We send back the plan, with dates.
The market, where the licence stands, and what the platform has to do for you that a standard installation does not. It comes back in writing: what is a setting, what we build, and when each part is ready.
