Solutions · Platform Licence

You run the brand. We run everything it runs on.

The usual way to take Dench. You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top, the integrations, the front end, hosting, releases and support.

Three screens your side works in, with demo data, and the controls work. Open your team and the roles they hold, switch a payment provider on for your brand, resolve a player’s complaint. On a call we open the real one.

Your half of the split has names. Support, payments, compliance and marketing each sign in with the roles their job needs, on the brands they work. Open a user and change what they can reach, label by label.

Your payment contracts plug in here, provider by provider. Each provider is a section with its account details and its limits, set per brand. Sign with a provider yourself and our team puts your account in; run on ours and the same section holds ours.

A player’s complaint is yours to answer, on the record. Log it, resolve it with a note of what was done, and the date stays with it. The registry sits with the other compliance registries and exports like any list.

Demo data. Every label is a control in the shipped product.

02 · Who does what

You run the operation. We run the technology.

The line sits in the same place on every installation. Provider contracts are the one thing that can sit on either side: yours, ours, or a mix, provider by provider.

You run

  • The licence.

Held in your name. You file what it requires, from the reports the platform produces.

  • Marketing and CRM.

Segments, journeys, campaigns, bonuses, loyalty, tournaments, wheels and jackpots, in Giselle V2, in the same back office.

  • Player support.

Your agents answer from the player inbox and the player record, with every deposit, bonus, limit and note on it.

  • Payments relationships.

The providers you sign with, the methods you offer, the limits per method and the rules that decide a payout.

  • Compliance.

KYC review, fraud alerts, responsible-gaming decisions, complaints and the audit trail.

We run

  • The platform.

Player accounts, wallet, payments, KYC, games, CMS, compliance, reporting and the back office, with the CRM and gamification suite in it.

  • Integrations.

Over 80 provider integrations built in: games, payments, identity and exclusion. Anything missing, we integrate.

  • The front end.

Your brand design built against the platform’s features, or designed custom where none exists yet.

  • Hosting.

A dedicated environment or a shared one, with the disaster-recovery tier you choose.

  • Releases, monitoring and support.

By our team, on every installation. A ticket you raise lands in the sprint the week it arrives.

04 · Your first ninety days

The licence is the long pole. The build is the predictable part.

Your licence sets most of the calendar, and the certifications we already hold carry into the next submission. Our part comes with dates in writing from the first week. Four stages, each split the way the platform is: what we do, what you do, what you see.

We do

The compliance fit for your market, the third-party list for games, payments and identity, and the shape of the environment, dedicated or shared.

A launch plan in writing, with every date that depends on you marked.

You do

Bring the licence, or the date you expect it. Bring the brand design, or the brief for one. Say whose provider contracts you want to run on: yours, ours or a mix.

You see

The plan, and the back office on demo data, driven by your own team on a call.

We do

Certify the platform for your market. Where we hold the certification the market recognises, the technical submission is compiled in days.

Where the market needs a new one, the platform goes through the accredited laboratory in about two months.

You do

Your operator licence, on the regulator’s timetable. The application carries our technical documentation, and our certificates as they are issued.

You see

The certificate and the technical file for your application.

We do

Development and end-to-end setup, one to three months on our end once the licence, the brand design and the third-party list are settled.

Your front end, on your design or one we build custom. Every provider plugged in on your credentials or ours; anything missing, integrated.

You do

Create your team’s users and give them their roles. Each team rehearses its own workflows in the back office until it knows them: payments, support, marketing, compliance. The knowledge base carries the guides.

You see

Your back office, lobby, cashier and strings on your own environment, with your team signed in.

We do

Hosting, releases, monitoring and support, by our team. A ticket you raise lands in the sprint the week it arrives.

You do

Run the brand: promotions, journeys, the lobby, payouts, support, complaints. File what your licence requires, from the reports the platform produces.

You see

Today’s money on the dashboard, the month-end reports ready to file, and the CRM reading the same wallet.

05 · Standard, and ours

Every platform deal splits the work. Here is what is different about this one.

Standard. Here too.

  • A certified player account platform
  • Wallet, payments, KYC, games and CMS
  • Game and payment provider integrations
  • A branded front end
  • Hosting, monitoring and releases by the supplier
  • Back-office users, roles and permissions
  • Reports for the licence

Different here.

  • The CRM and gamification suite comes in the platform.

The engagement tool you are shopping around for is already in it: segmentation, journeys, bonusing, loyalty, tournaments, wheels and jackpots, on the same wallet and the same player record. Your CRM team works in the back office your payments and support teams already use.

  • Your team changes the brand, not a ticket to us.

Lobby, pages, banners, strings, promotions, limits and payout rules: changed in the back office by the people who own them, live when saved.

  • We have run the operator’s half ourselves.

Slotino, our own regulated brand in Bulgaria, for three years: the support queue, the payouts, the complaints, the month-end reports. The half you run is the half we ran.

07 · How it is bought

Four ways to take it. One price list.

The usual

Platform

You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.

Custom

Enterprise

The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.

Our licence

White label

Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.

Without the platform

Giselle Cloud

The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.

A platform fee, a revenue share, and one-off costs for integrations and environment setup.

The mix moves with volume, and we are flexible on the model depending on the case and the size of the operation. The platform comes whole: the CRM and gamification suite and every module are in it, not a lighter edition.

To quote, we need four things

  1. The market you want to launch in.
  2. What you run on today, if anything.
  3. Whether the licence exists, is pending, or is the question.
  4. The studios and payment methods your players expect.

08 · Asked first

The three questions that arrive before the demo.

Do we need our own licence?

On the platform licence, yes. The licence is in your name, and the platform brings the certifications: the player account platform is GLI-19 certified, held for the UK, Bulgaria and Latvia, and the certifications we hold carry into the next submission. The licence register →

If the licence is the open question, white label runs your brand under the group’s Curaçao setup, licensing and provider contracts included.

Whose game and payment contracts do we run on?

Yours, ours, or a mix, decided provider by provider. Where you hold contracts, we plug in your credentials. Where you want new ones, we introduce you to each provider and you sign your own agreements, or you use ours where it suits you.

Who runs the servers once we are live?

We do, on every installation: hosting, releases, monitoring and support stay with our team, on a dedicated environment or a shared one. Your team runs the brand in the back office and never inherits a server.

The six questions we get asked →

Tell us the market. We send back who does what, with dates.

Where you want to launch, whether the licence exists, and whose provider contracts you want to run on. The plan comes back in writing: our half, your half, and the dates for both.
