Giselle · IN-GRID Loyalty
Reaching a tier is the start. Keeping it is the programme.
Tier ladders from Wood to Diamond or maps of numbered levels, several programmes at once, missions for anything from a deposit to a finished KYC, and points that turn into cash at the rate each level sets. Every level can carry a maintenance clock and the drop that follows it. Your CRM team runs all of it from the back office, in the CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top.
Keeping your platform? Giselle Cloud runs the same programmes on it →

Build the ladder, set how long a tier lasts, see who dropped.
Five screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Give a level a drop, open a mission, keep a player out of a programme, filter the history to the programme’s own changes. On a call we open the real one, on your brand.

Loyalty Change History
Every points adjustment and level change on the brand, by hand or by the programme.
| Date | Customer | Customer ID | Program ID | Change | Reason | Backoffice User |
|---|
Rows without a back-office user are the programme’s own: automatic level-ups, maintenance drops and enrolment. Manual changes always carry the user, and the reason they gave.
A level can run out, and you set how. A maintenance period from one week to a quarter starts the day a player reaches the level, and the drop you pick applies at the end of it. The player gets an inbox message 15 days and 5 days before.
Points for the behaviour you want, not only for the stake. A finished KYC, a verified phone, an approved review, deposits on four days of a week, three providers played. Each mission says whether it moves the player up, fills the wallet they spend from, or both.
Several programmes on the same players. A casino ladder, a sportsbook ladder and a seasonal map side by side, each with its own reset period and levels. Pick one to see who is in it, and adjust a player without touching anyone else.
One player out of one programme, the rest untouched. An excluded player is never enrolled there and earns no points in it, with the reason kept for the team. Remove the exclusion and they can join again.
Every points adjustment and level change, in one feed. Manual changes carry the back-office user and the reason. The rest are the programme’s own: level-ups, enrolments and the maintenance drops.

03 · Standard, and ours
Points and tiers are table stakes. Here is what is different about these.
Standard. Here too.
- Tiers with points to enter and complete each one
- Points for deposits, bets and logins
- A points multiplier per tier
- Points exchanged for cash
- A reward when a tier is reached
- Cashback, weekly or monthly
- Manual adjustments by the CRM team
Different here.
- A tier can be lost, and you choose how.
Each level can carry a maintenance period, from one week to a quarter, that starts the day the player reaches it. When it runs out, the drop you set applies: one level down, the unspent points cleared, the progress reset, both, or back to the first level with nothing. The player hears about it in the inbox 15 days and 5 days before.
- Two kinds of points, two jobs.
Experience points move a player up; wallet points are what they spend. Every mission says which it feeds, and every level sets its own exchange rate, the balance that unlocks exchange, a ceiling, and daily caps on what is earned and exchanged.
- Missions for what keeps a player, not only for what they stake.
A finished KYC, a verified card or phone, an approved review, deposits on four separate days of a week, ten rounds on each of three providers, a tournament entered. Missions repeat daily, weekly or monthly, on the days you choose.
- One player out, and everything on the record.
Exclude a player from one programme and they are never enrolled or paid there, with the reason kept. Every points adjustment and level change lands on the change history, the programme’s own included, with the user and the reason on every manual one.
- On Dench Core, points turn into money in the same wallet.
An exchange lands in the wallet the cash already sits in, and the platform side lists it with the points spent, the rate and the wallet reference. Points buy a tournament entry, and a completed level can pay a loyalty bonus template: free spins, a deposit bonus, a wheel spin.

05 · How it is bought
Four ways to take it. One price list.
Platform
You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
Enterprise
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
White label
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
You pay for the modules you take, on the platform you already run.
Take the whole suite or the part you are missing. IN-GRID Loyalty and the Jackpot Server are licensed on their own as well. Connecting your platform is typically a few engineer-days on your side, and the mapping is ours.
To quote, we need four things
- The platform you run on today.
- The modules you want: the whole suite or a part of it.
- The brands and markets it would run on.
- How your platform emits events today: a transaction feed, webhooks, or neither.
06 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
Can we run more than one programme on the same players?
Yes. Programmes run side by side, each with its own type, dates, reset period, levels and missions: a casino ladder, a sportsbook ladder and a seasonal map at once. A player can be excluded from one and stay in the others.
Clone a programme that works and the new one starts fully configured.
What can a player do with the points?
Exchange them for cash at the rate their level sets, once they hold the balance that unlocks exchange, up to the ceiling and the daily cap you choose. A higher level can carry a better rate. Points also buy a tournament entry, and in the bonus shop any bonus your team configured and set to show there.
Which missions fill the spendable balance, and which only move a player up, is a switch on each mission.
Does it run on our platform?
Yes, as Giselle Cloud: we run the programmes off your platform’s events, and rewards fire as your own bonuses.
Send us your tier table. We build it on a call.
Your tiers, what each one earns and pays, and what should happen to a player who stops playing. We set it up on demo data while you watch, maintenance and drops included.
