Giselle · The engagement suite
The CRM and gamification suite you would otherwise buy on top.
Segments, journeys, campaigns, messaging, bonusing, tournaments, wheels, loyalty and jackpots, in the same back office as the wallet. On Dench Core it reads the same player record as everything else, so a bonus is a wallet operation and a loyalty tier, a jackpot contribution and a journey decision see one player.

01 · The back office
The screen your CRM team opens first, and four behind it.
Five screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Ask the Assistant, open a segment, pause a journey, adjust a loyalty player, switch a jackpot on. On a call we open the real one, on your brand.

Jackpot # · ·
What CRM earned, not what it sent. The Command Center opens on incremental deposits against a holdout, players reached and bonus released. The analyst ranks what it found overnight, and the Assistant answers in conversation, on live data.
A segment is a rule that keeps up with the player. Recalculated in real time, hourly or daily, on the behavioural indicators the platform already computes. The list shows which journeys and campaigns use it.
CLOE runs the journey, from the trigger to the reward. Every flow with its status, its dates and its participants. Open its statistics and see where every player is, node by node.
More than one loyalty programme at a time. Tiers from Wood to Diamond or a free-form map, with points that reset weekly, monthly, quarterly or never. Adjust a player by hand and the change is on the history with your name.
The Jackpot Server, configured from the same back office. Mystery, community, collector, bonus collector and charity, each with its bet range, contribution and levels. A charity pot completes to a cause instead of paying a player.

03 · What is in it · Gamification
The gamification suite, in four parts.
- 01TournamentsFour leaderboard formulas, cash or loyalty-point buy-ins, prize-pool templates, and schedules that repeat on their own.Tournaments · Prize Pool Templates · Cash Awards
- 02Wheel of FortuneA spin triggered by a login, a campaign or a loyalty level, paying another spin, a tournament ticket or a tangible prize.Wheels Configuration · Sector Templates
- 03IN-GRID LoyaltySeveral programmes at once, tiers or a free-form map, missions for what a player does, and a maintenance clock that can take a tier away.Loyalty Programs · Level Templates · Loyalty Exclusions
- 04Jackpot ServerIts own server: 5 jackpot types, levels that can hit only on a losing spin, and a charity pot that completes to a cause.Management · Jackpots Configuration · Hit History
Every part reads the same player and the same wallet, so points, spins, tickets and bonuses move between them without a reconciliation job. IN-GRID and the Jackpot Server are also licensed on their own.
04 · Standard, and ours
Every CRM sends an email. Here is what is different about this one.
Standard. Here too.
- Segments, filters and target lists
- Email, SMS, push, popups and an inbox
- Bonus templates, free spins and wagering rules
- Multi-step campaigns with a schedule and a budget
- Tournaments, wheels, loyalty tiers and jackpots
- Campaign, segment and engagement reports, exports
- Roles, permissions and an audit trail
Different here.
- The tool you are shopping for is already in it.
The CRM and gamification suite an operator otherwise buys from a second vendor is in the platform: CRM, journeys, bonusing, loyalty, tournaments, wheels and jackpots, in the same back office as the wallet and the player record. No second vendor, no integration project, no nightly export.
- One economy, not nine tools.
Loyalty points buy a tournament entry and the tournament pays out in points. A loyalty level earns a wheel spin and the wheel pays out a tournament ticket. A bonus is a wallet operation.
- It measures what CRM earned.
The home screen opens on incremental deposits against a holdout, not on messages sent. A journey can run against a control group, and margin per player counts gaming tax and payment costs.
- The analyst tells you first.
It reads segments, journeys, wheels, tournaments and loyalty, raises what it finds overnight ranked by severity, and answers in conversation. It found twenty-six days of negative margin in a new cohort that nobody had asked it to look at.
- On Dench Core, or on the platform you have.
On Dench Core it reads the same wallet. On another platform the same suite runs as Giselle Cloud, fed by one stream of events, with rewards granted as your own bonuses.

06 · How it is bought
Four ways to take it. One price list.
Platform
You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
Enterprise
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
White label
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
You pay for the modules you take, on the platform you already run.
Take the whole suite or the part you are missing. IN-GRID Loyalty and the Jackpot Server are licensed on their own as well. Connecting your platform is typically a few engineer-days on your side, and the mapping is ours.
To quote, we need four things
- The platform you run on today.
- The modules you want: the whole suite or a part of it.
- The brands and markets it would run on.
- How your platform emits events today: a transaction feed, webhooks, or neither.
07 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
Does Giselle run on our platform, or only on Dench Core?
Both. On Dench Core it reads the same wallet and the same player record. On another platform it runs as Giselle Cloud: your platform posts a stream of events to one endpoint, we compute the indicators and run the journeys, tournaments, loyalty and wheels off it, and rewards fire as your own bonuses, by their ID.
How is the AI paid for, and who runs it?
AI usage is bought as credits, pay as you go, with a card in the back office. Your team asks the questions and acts on the answers; the models behind the analyst and the Assistant, and their guardrails, are ours to run.
One rule is not configurable: responsible gaming outranks revenue. The analyst never recommends an action whose mechanism is to make a player showing risk patterns play more.
Campaigns or CLOE: which one do we use?
Both run. A campaign is steps a player works through, with a schedule and a budget: Fast Track welcome offers, AD HOC promotions and the full bonus machinery. CLOE is the newer of the two, and anything that has to react to a player belongs there: a trigger, a wait for an event, a decision, a reward, measured against a control group.
Bring us the journey your current tool could not build.
A bonus rule, a loyalty ladder or a journey your system could not express, and what you run on today. We show you where it lives here, on demo data first.
