Dench Core · Players and KYC
From sign-up to source of funds, one record.
Registration, identity checks, documents, flags, notes and sessions, kept on one record per player. You pick the verification provider per brand and set what an unverified player can do, and every change your team makes is on that player’s audit trail.
01 · The back office
The record your compliance team opens first.
Four screens from the product, with demo data, and the controls work. Verify a document, set a player’s KYC status, read a source-of-funds declaration, create a flag, and watch each change land on the audit trail. On a call we open the real one.

Identity, funds, security and every change, on the player. Verify the documents, set the KYC status from the badge, and each step lands on the Audit Trail tab with the user and the IP. Source-of-funds declarations, self-exclusion by product and per-player reports are tabs on the same record.
Every document from every player, in one queue. Filter by status, open what is under review and verify it from the row. The provider and the expiry date sit on the row with it.
Your flags, in your categories. Name one, describe it, and decide whether it takes a player out of automatic withdrawals. The rule for everyone else stays as it was.
Every registration, searchable the way compliance asks. KYC status, account status, personal number, flags, affiliate and refer-a-friend codes. Select players to flag them, change their status or resend the activation email in one action.

03 · Standard, and ours
KYC is table stakes. Here is what is different about this record.
Standard. Here too.
- Registration, account statuses, player search
- Document upload, review and verification
- Third-party identity and AML checks
- Flags, notes, sessions, activity log
- Two-factor login, password resets, phone verification
- Limits, self-exclusion, reality checks
Different here.
- The KYC rules are settings, not a release.
Whether an unverified player can deposit, open the cashier or play. How many hours before an unverified account is frozen. Whether a new card sends the player back to unverified and asks for the document, and whether documents expire on their date and take the KYC status with them. Set per brand, in the back office.
- Every change is on the player’s own audit trail.
A document verified, a limit lowered, a note deleted, a password reset forced, an exclusion updated: who did it, from which IP, and the value before and after, inside the record your team already has open.
- Fraud signals land on the record.
PEP and sanctions matches, shared devices and duplicate details raise on the player your team already has open. Which of them block is set on Compliance →
- The same record runs the engagement suite.
Exclude one player from bonuses, loyalty, campaigns, tournaments, the wheel of fortune, jackpots or CLOE, from their own record: the CRM and gamification suite reads the same player.

05 · How it is bought
Four ways to take it. One price list.
Platform
You hold the licence and run the operation: marketing, support, payments relationships, compliance. We deliver and run the technology: the platform with its CRM and gamification suite, integrations, front end, hosting, releases, support. Your provider contracts or ours.
Enterprise
The platform built out to your market and your specification: dedicated environment, custom front end, features against your requirements. The way the largest accounts have been delivered for ten years.
White label
Our infrastructure end to end, run under the group’s Curaçao setup: licensing, provider contracts, payments. You bring the brand and the marketing.
Giselle Cloud
The engagement suite, journeys, loyalty, jackpots, tournaments, bonusing and the analyst, on the platform you already run.
A platform fee, a revenue share, and one-off costs for integrations and environment setup.
The mix moves with volume, and we are flexible on the model depending on the case and the size of the operation. The platform comes whole: the CRM and gamification suite and every module are in it, not a lighter edition.
To quote, we need four things
- The market you want to launch in.
- What you run on today, if anything.
- Whether the licence exists, is pending, or is the question.
- The studios and payment methods your players expect.
06 · Asked first
The three questions that arrive before the demo.
Which identity providers are already integrated?
GBG, iDenfy, ZignSec, Shufti Pro, TrueNarrative and Smart-ID are already integrated, with AML PEP and Lursoft PEP screening and device intelligence alongside. You choose the provider per brand, so a new market means picking the one that works there, and your own team can review and verify by hand. If the one you use is missing, we integrate it.
How does a source-of-funds declaration work?
The player declares where the money comes from and how much: employment income, savings, business income, inheritance, a donation agreement, a loan, gambling income, or other in their own words. The declaration sits on their record next to their total deposits, pending until they declare, and opens as a document for your records.
It is switched on where your market asks for it.
Are national self-exclusion registers checked?
Where the market runs one. GAMSTOP, PIPARS and the Bulgarian register are integrated. On the player’s Self-Exclusion tab your team sees the rest: exclusions by product, casino, sport or live casino, and timeouts on the whole account.
Limits, reality checks and the month-end reports are on Compliance.
Send us your KYC policy. It comes back as settings.
Which markets, which identity provider, what an unverified player may do, and where source of funds applies. We map it to the back office and send it back in writing.
